    Consular Section does not respond to correspondence (including e-mail received) which does not meet the requirements of the Polish Code of Administrative Procedure.



    Correspondence addressed to the Consular Section should contain:

    • first and last name of a person from whom it comes;
    • address of this person;
    • subject of a case to which it relates.


    Consular Section does not answer questions which can be found on the Embassy’s website.


    Consul corresponds with a Polish citizen in Polish.





    Emergency phone and email are only intended to contact in an emergency requiring immediate intervention by the Consul on duty for Polish citizens (e.g. deaths, arrests, accidents, theft of documents) within the territory of Georgia. They are active only after office hours and on non-working days - on weekends and Polish and Georgian holidays.

    Consular district of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Tbilisi covers the whole territory of Georgia. The Georgian authorities do not control the occupied territories of Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali Region (South Ossetia). It is impossible to provide consular assistance in these territories.
